
Defence Service Homes (DSH) Insurance has been named yet again General Insurer of the Year in the 2023 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, reaffirming its reputation for excellence in serving Australia’s Defence community.
Chosen from among 280 leading brands across 40 categories, DSH Insurance was recognised for its exceptional customer service, based on feedback from more than 60,000 Australians.
General Manager Wayne Perry praised the team’s dedication, ‘This award is a reflection of our people, committed, consistent, and deeply attuned to the needs of those who serve our nation.’ He further added, ‘I would like to thank our policyholders who have supported us all these years, understanding that we don’t just provide insurance, we provide peace of mind, and that makes all the difference.’
This marks DSH Insurance’s fourth win in this category, following awards in 2012, 2014, 2023 and 2024.
