Direct Debit (for payment through bank account or credit card only). Not available for Travel or CTP:
Simply call 1300 552 662. Have your notice, bank details (BSB & account number) or credit card details and the Direct Debit Request Agreement readily available.

BPAY (for annual payments only):
Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make this payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Quote biller code 908178 and your policy number (shown on the front of your renewal notice) as the customer reference.
Simply call 1300 304 989. Have your notice and credit card details readily available. This is a 24 hours, 7 days a week service.
You can make your payments online by visiting our Online Payment Facility
Please detach the Payment Advice from your Notice and send, with your cheque or credit card details to the postal address of your local DSHI branch. The postal address can be viewed below. We remind you not to send cash through the mail.
Present your cash or cheque together with the complete Notice to any Westpac Branch or Australia Post Office. Cheques should be made payable to "DSH Insurance" and marked Not Negotiable.
