QBE Insurance (QBE) has sold its travel insurance business to nib and completion of the sale is scheduled for 29 April 2019.

Due to the sale, DSHI will no longer offer travel insurance. If you require travel insurance please contact the National Insurance Brokers Association (www.niba.com.au) or the Insurance Council of Australia (www.insurancecouncil.com.au) who may be able to assist you.

QBE will continue to provide cover for policies purchased prior to the completion of the sale.

If you have a travel insurance claim with QBE it will be managed by nib from 29 April 2019 however your claim contact details remain the same. To discuss your claim you can contact QBE on 1300 555 017. For emergency assistance overseas you can call +61 3 8523 2800.
